Cooking in a pan
To cook your chestnuts in a pan, you will need to find a pan with holes. Given the rarity of people with this type of utensil, prefer cooking in water or in the oven.
Baking is very easy. Score the chestnuts from one side to the other then leave them in the oven for 20 minutes. All you have to do is peel them and taste.
Cooking with water
For cooking in water, immerse the chestnuts in water and leave them for 3 minutes after boiling. Then run them under cold water. You just have to devour them!
