How to make bread dough (for tartes flambées / flammkuechen)

Do you want to make your own tartes flambées / flammkuechen? Nothing could be simpler, just make the dough yourself. It's quick and easy to do.

Preparation time : about 10 minutes.

Ingredients (for 2-3 pies):

  • 250g of flour

  • 5cl of rapeseed oil

  • a pinch of salt

  • a glass of lukewarm water


1. Mix the four ingredients together and knead the mixture well (if possible with an electric food processor for an impeccable result).

The dough should be smooth.
